Hello reader(s)! Happy New Year! I’m a little late, but the year is still “new,” I’d say. I had expected to get done with at least a puzzle or two over the holidays, but clearly, I wasn’t able to post anything in December. In any case, here’s a casual little themeless puzzle. It has four fifteen-length spanners, and a variety of shorter entries that should be common knowledge. While I’m focusing on tricky wordplay and unique angles on my more serious puzzles, for this one I tried to sprinkle in a number of serendipitous references to movies, media, and other commonplace experiences, that I hope will make it more fun to solve!
